Katrina Kaif Finalised As Happy New Year's Female Lead

While a few days ago it was reported that TV actress Ankita Lokhande may be roped in as the female lead of Farah Khan's upcoming film Happy New Year, buzz has it that the actress seems to be finalised opposite SRK.

For a long time now the leading lady in Farah Khan's next, Happy New Year has been a question. Names like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Ankita Lokhande had been suggested in the past. But looks like Farah can heave a sigh of relief as she has finally found her leading lady. Like it was stated yesterday that Katrina will be free for 3 months due to Hrithik Roshan's post surgery rest and now it looks like actress has filled in the 3 months time. According to the sources Katrina will sign HNY on dotted line. Kat has worked with Shah Rukh Khan in Jab Tak Hai Jaan and also with Farah Khan in her last directorial film, Tees Maar Khan.
