Deepika Padukone not part of Fast and Furious 7 due to date issues

The actress is committed to shooting with Shah Rukh Khan for Happy New Year and has to promote Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Ram Leela.

There were reports that Deepika was finalised for Hollywood film Fast and Furious 7. The makers needed Deepika to allot dates as early as September 10. Actress Deepika Padukone will not be able to make her Hollywood debut with Fast and Furious 7, primarily due to date issues.
