She got engaged to an Indian businessman Bharat Takhtani. The engagement ceremony took place at her mother, Hema Malini's Juhu residence, it was a small gathering of close family and friends and the Deol family. Esha playfully flashed her engagement ring to the waiting photographers as the couple stepped out and posed for pictures for them.
